Breaking: Gov. Kay Ivey Ban Abortion In Alabama

The Executive Governor of Alabama, Gov. Kay Ivey has signed into law the ban of abortion in the state.

She said, the law will make the performing of an abortion at the pregnancy stage a felony punishment in the state that can lead to 10 to 99 years in prison.

The bill contains a an exceptions for when the pregnancy creates a serious health risk to the woman. But, it is not exceptional to rape or incest.

The woman committing the abortion, there is no punishment for her, except the Doctor or specialists engaged in such act.
